The one thing we ask
That you submit your monthly entries through month 12. The moment a journey stops mid-way, it stops being useful for the next patient. ~5 minutes per month, 12 months total.
How it works
Apply
5-minute form. We respond within 3 working days. Most approvals include a 10-minute call to verify procedure date.
Onboard
First voucher (₹1,500) sent on confirmation. We help you publish month 0 — which can be backfilled if your procedure was a few months ago.
Months 1, 3, 6, 9, 12
Reminder emails when entries are due. Submit via /me/journey (already built). ₹500 per entry once approved.
Photos
Upload via the same intake. We automatically blur faces and delete the original photo before anything is published — the blurred version is what goes public.
Month 12 verdict
You write the final "would do again" verdict. Journey marked complete. Becomes the canonical example for future patients with your Norwood + procedure.
FAQ
How long does the application take?
About 5 minutes. We typically respond within 3 working days. Most approvals need a 10-minute phone call to verify procedure date with the clinic.
What if my procedure was at a clinic not on The Hair Library?
Fine — leave the clinic dropdown blank and type the name in the free-text field. We'll add the clinic to our outreach pipeline separately.
What if I only have a few photos?
We work with what you have. Patients who start mid-recovery (e.g. month 6) just publish forward from where they are.
Can I drop out partway through?
Yes. The vouchers are per-entry, so you only earn for what you submit. Early drop-outs aren't penalised — we just don't pay the future vouchers.
Will the clinic see my real identity?
Only if you ask us to share it for verification. Default: we verify with the clinic using just procedure date + city, never your name.
What does 'editorial review' actually check?
Spam, policy violations, obviously fake content. We never edit your wording — that's the trust contract that makes journeys credible.
